| Bio | I have been a resident of Sidney since marrying my Australian husband, Mike, in 1964. I have always worked, making a career of executive support. Mike and I have been active church members and were Scout leaders for 10 years. We still love camping and the Australian bush. My passion is patchwork and quilting. I'm a member of the New South Wales Quilters Guild and hold office in two Sydney quilt clubs. There's not enough time to indulge the many projects I'd like to do, but I'm compulsive and persistent in my endeavors. We both love pottering in the garden, plant nurseries, day trips to places in the country, browsing in old wares shops (takes one to know one!), having our 'gang' of friends over to the house, and, in general, simple pleasures. We have one son (the light of our lives), married to a lady we love. They have two daughters. |
