Married to Carol Fawns Harris of Fresno, CA since 6/68 and we have five children.
Three children are married and live in Las Vegas/Henderson, NV. We have nine grandchildren.
I was an Assistant City Manager of Fairfield, CA from 71-78, City Manager of Dixon, CA from 78-97 and Executive Recruiter since 1997. I manage an executive recruiting practice based in Sacramento, CA. We assist cities, counties and utility districts in the Western States in finding their next city manager, police chief, CIO, CFO, HR Director, Museum Director, etc.
Non-work related travel has included:Haiti, Israel, Egypt, UK, Prague, Dominican Repuplic, British Columbia, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Mexico and Eastern Canada.
Served mission for LDS Church in France, Belgium and Luxembourg from 1964-1967. |
