| Bio | Walter “Ship” Lee Allison, Jr., went home to be with Jesus at the age of 65, on October
16, 2010. He was born in Independence, Mo., to Walter Lee Allison Sr. (deceased) and Novelia
Peggy Stahl, currently of Timberlake Care Center.
Ship is survived by his wife, Elayne E. Allison, of Belton; children: Scott Allison, of Grain Valley, Cherie Downing, of Lee's Summit, Barbara Kaminski, of Bates City, Isaac Whitaker, of Adrian; grandchildren: Cody Allison, Mikayla and Luke Whitaker; and great-granddaughter: Haylee Allison.
Celebration of Life Service will be held at LifeQuest Church., 1400 N. Scott, Belton, Mo., 5 p.m.
On Wednesday, October 20, 2010 followed by dinner. In Lieu of flowers, donations may
be made to the Kidney Cancer Association.
