| Bio | Still married to John (44 years) and we have two married daughters and four precious grandson. John and I graduated from Central Missouri State University in 1967. I taught a variety of elementary (primary) grades and then left teaching to join the corporate world. Now, I have combined my teaching skills and computer knowledge and teach community education computer software classes for Blue River Community College and Fort Osage School District’s adult education. I enjoy the flexible, part-time work schedule because it gives me time to pursue my other interests and activities. Through genealogy, I have not only gathered factual family information but have found wonderful friendships with distant relatives and fellow genealogists. When I am not at the computer creating a card or scanning in old photos, I enjoy crocheting, sewing, working in the yard, or taking some quiet time to practice my calligraphy. Then there is my favorite activity of spending joyous time with my grandsons and family. |
